Our friends Laurene and Roy Swanson
Yesterday morning we got up bright and early (4.00am) to take Petra to the airport. It was wonderful to have her visit with us for a week!! After the airport, we spend the weekend visiting friends from Canada that we had not seen for several years. (They live for the winter months in Green Valley Just South of Tucson.) It was so wonderful to catch up on the years we had not seen them. They also showed us some of the sights in the area.

While the guys went on a tour to the “Titan missile silo” yesterday afternoon, Laurene and I took a little sight trip to the Casino. (Which happened to be only 6 minutes from their house…) However, today we had to go back to our campground because Dave has to go back to his horse training tomorrow morning. And I back on my bike!
